At Championship Dental, we work with most PPO plans and will gladly help you understand your benefits, estimate out-of-pocket costs, and file claims as a courtesy. While coverage varies by plan, we’re committed to helping you make informed decisions about your care with clarity, transparency, and support every step of the way.

What to bring to your appointment

Please bring your photo ID, dental insurance card, and any updated personal information to your visit. If you’re a new patient, completed forms and any relevant dental records can also help us make your appointment smoother and more efficient.

How Insurance Works at Championship Dental

Dental insurance helps cover a portion of your care, but benefits vary depending on your specific plan. Our team can review your coverage, explain estimated costs, and file claims on your behalf as a courtesy. We’ll always do our best to help you maximize your benefits while keeping you informed about any out-of-pocket expenses.

In-Network vs Out-of-Network explaineD

In-network providers have contracted rates with certain insurance plans, which can help lower your costs. Out-of-network providers do not have those contracts, but many plans still offer partial coverage. Even if we’re out of network with your plan, you may still be able to use your benefits toward care at Championship Dental.

Want a stress-free way to use your dental insurance?

Let’s make it simple. Our team can walk you through your benefits, explain pricing clearly, and help you choose a payment option that fits your budget, so you can move forward with the care you need. Call, text, or book online to get started.

Additionally, you can call or text us directly to inquire.

Do you accept my insurance & How much will it cover?

Championship Dental works with most PPO dental insurance plans. Because networks and benefits can vary, we recommend contacting our office with your insurance details so our team can help review your plan and let you know how your benefits may apply.

Coverage depends on your specific insurance plan, the type of treatment you need, and whether any deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, or frequency limits apply. Our team is happy to help review your benefits and provide an estimate so you have a clearer idea of what insurance may cover before treatment begins.

What will I have to pay out of pocket?

Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your plan’s coverage and the treatment you receive. In many cases, insurance covers only a portion of care, leaving the patient responsible for deductibles, copays, coinsurance, or non-covered services. We’ll do our best to provide a clear estimate in advance and discuss your options with transparency.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes. We offer flexible financing options to help make dental care more manageable. If you need treatment that isn’t fully covered by insurance, we recommend looking into CareCredit®, Cherry, and Sunbit.

Can you help me understand & file my insurance claims?

Yes. Our team is happy to help explain your benefits and file insurance claims on your behalf as a courtesy. While insurance plans can be complex and coverage is never guaranteed until processed by your provider, we’re here to make the process as smooth, clear, and stress-free as possible.
